My mission is to help creatives manage the chaos of back-office tasks so they can focus on what they do best.
I began my journey into the world of virtual assistance in early 2020, working with a wide variety of businesses across different industries. While I loved the challenge of learning the ins and outs of each field, I realized that some tasks could get a bit monotonous. So, in 2022, I took a leap of faith and started my own business to work exclusively with creatives—thus, Wild Bliss Virtual was born! Now, I get to spend my days surrounded by beautiful art and inspiring projects, and I couldn't be happier.
With a background in hospitality and extensive experience working with artists, photographers, and other creatives, I know how crucial it is to balance creativity with business operations. My job is to handle the nitty-gritty office tasks so you can focus on what you love most—your art.
While checking off tasks is important, what truly matters to me is building meaningful relationships with my clients and creating a supportive environment where they can thrive. I love getting to know each of my clients, learning what makes them unique, and finding ways to support their creative journeys. There’s nothing better than celebrating their wins together—
it’s like a party!

"If I could do anything over in my career, it would be to hire Alexa even sooner! She finishes tasks that would take me hours upon hours (due to procrastination or lack of skill) within minutes. Whether it's creating spreadsheets, sending emails, updating my website or ordering supplies, Alexa has me covered, and her professionalism and joyful nature make her an absolute blessing to work with."

"Alexa is the queen of VAs. She has been my right-hand gal on numerous projects and client work.Working with her has reduced my time spent on day-to-day tasks. She is all the things you'd want in a team member-- detail-oriented, organized, creative, and a self-starter."

“I’ve been working with Alexa for close to a year. She’s helped me with everything from email management, web design, copy, social media scheduling, and so much in-between. As a business owner who wears a lot of hats I’ve worked with my fair share of virtual and in person assistants over the years and Alexa by far takes the cake! (bonus point for her just being an awesome human) If you need someone to pass off that daunting to-do list she’s such an amazing resource to have on your team. I would highly recommend her to any entrepreneur looking to streamline those tasks that are pulling you away from doing what you do best.”
